The idea of treating geological data as intellectual property instead of just raw information is a pretty interesting way to think about NRED.

NRED's new advisor wrote The Business of Art. MetalCore is his next The Business of Rocks.
I looked up Caplins background and found something that stopped me. He wrote a book called The Business of Art. Its a three time international bestseller. The whole thing is about monetizing creative intellectual property. Turning ideas into products. Building brands around content. Making money from stuff you cant physically touch.
Now look at what NRED owns. MetalCore has 4 million records. And treating this geological intellectual property as dumb database is wrong. An algorithm. A platform. They filed two patents in two months. They are evaluating EyeX for computer vision. The whole stack is intangible assets that need to be packaged sold and licensed.
Caplin spent four decades figuring out how to monetize IP. Films. Media brands. Technology ventures. Now he is applying that exact playbook to a mining company. The parallel is direct. MetalCore is the product. The patents are the protection. The users are the market. The geology is just the proof of concept.
The digital mining market is about $72 billion. Most of that is controlled by incumbents like Hexagon and Caterpillar. They sell software to mines. NRED could be the first junior to build software that gets licensed back to the industry. A SaaS model instead of a mining model.
BHP and Rio have in house geological databases. They dont license them. They are closed systems. NREDs opportunity is to build the platform that everyone else uses. Thats a completely different business than selling copper concentrate. It scales across sites. It doesnt deplete. It gets better with more users.
WATCHLIST ALERT
Everyday investors, $NRED / $NREDF keeps building a stronger story around copper, data, and discovery. I like what they are building.

$NRED is not a quick flip for me. Strong drilling could completely change NovaRed’s valuation. I see a possible path to 3000% over five years if catalysts align. Long-term thesis

A 15%-20% output decline in the world’s largest copper-producing country changes how traders should view early exploration.
Chile is not facing one isolated issue. It is dealing with 5 pressures at once:
water shortages, lower ore grades, unplanned maintenance, labor disputes and the transition from oxide to sulfide mining.
Copper above $6.25/lb shows the market understands that lost production will not be replaced quickly.
NovaRed is building exposure to the solution side of that problem.
$NRED combines a 16,078-hectare copper-gold project, 4.1M+records inside MetalCore, 4 upcoming IP/AMT surveys and planned drilling.
The attraction is the setup:
tightening global supply, rising copper prices and a junior explorer approaching multiple value-changing milestones.
