Owned a Tata Nexon for 5+ years (66K kms), serviced regularly at authorized workshops, yet this week the oil cooler failed — coolant and engine oil mixed into a “milkshake.” Repair estimate: ₹55K

@Ganeshs17123565 @tata_cars @TataMotors I have also faced the same issue in 3rd year at around 20k km, had to tow the #vehicle to service station, and it takes 1 week for the repair and had to pay for consumables and rest are covered in EW, but still have #nightmares whenever i go for long drive about it.

On 4 Oct,my wife was injured near Kate Petrol Pump by a drunk driver speeding from behind.
I filed a written complaint at Sangavi Police Station on 4 October but no action has been taken so far.
Is this justice?

My Zero Depreciation claim is being unfairly denied. Multiple SRs closed without resolution, rude remarks from surveyors, and zero accountability.

Since 09/04/25 I’ve raised 6 service requests,all closed without solving my issue.
Meanwhile, I’m forced to spend ₹800–900 daily on travel as my car is stuck at the service center. The repair cost is less than my daily loss.
