@BK_McCallum @tribelaw The NRA's sponsorship of firearms safety programs has expanded to adults who need proof of training to hunt out west. I know from first-hand experience what resources the NRA has provided our group of volunteers & don't need to look them up from an irrelevant link from you.

@BK_McCallum @tribelaw I'm a certified firearms safety instructor of 30 years and will tell you the NRA provides little to no support for firearms safety programs. It provides a safety booklet & that's it. Instructors are volunteers & other safety training materials are paid for by state taxpayers.

@BrendanWaldron3 @tribelaw Yes -- that and hunter education were its focus. I used to be a member but forfeited my membership when the NRA shelled out millions of dollars to legislators who advanced its pro-gun agenda without making any concessions for common-sense firearms regulations.
