Happy Monday! Start your week with these stretches:
1️⃣ Cat-Cow: On your hands and knees, arch your back up (cat), then drop your belly and lift your head (cow).
2️⃣ Hold each position for 10 seconds and repeat 5 times. Great for your spine and shoulders!
Feeling stiff from holiday shopping? Try this stretch:
1️⃣ Standing Side Stretch: Stand tall, clasp your hands above your head, and gently lean to one side.
2️⃣ Hold for 15 seconds on each side. This stretch targets your back and sides!
Stay safe while decorating for the holidays! 🎄 Lifting Tip: When lifting heavy decorations, bend at your knees—not your back—and hold items close to your body. Avoid twisting while carrying items!

1️⃣ Seated Forward Fold: Sit on the floor with your legs extended, reach for your toes while keeping your back straight.
