@loltawa @airtransat You're entitled to a full refund under EU law regulation 261/2004. This is if you fly to or from the EU. This is legal despite what Air Transat tell you.

Why do @airtransat continue to break European laws by refusing to refund peoples money for flights that are not happening? A credit is fine if the customer accepts it but it is not obligated.
