On March 31, the Protection of Rights Without Borders (PRWB) NGO organized a discussion event in Yerevan to present the findings of its study on Judicial Practice in Cases of Violence and Ill-treatment in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
“When you burst into a displaced mother’s home late in the evening over a year‑old Facebook comment that never led to any real‑world harm, it is very hard to argue this is about preventing violence,” PRWB legal expert Anna Melikyan's comment on the incident.
