@GopherSports Gopher football over #1 Michigan - 16-7 in 1977. We beat both teams that were in the Rose Bowl that year! (Washington was the other)

@MarkAnd83369619 @GopherHole @RFoggie Cal had a hard time settling in on a QB in 1977. But when Mark Carlson led the team 16-7 over #1 Michigan, he became the #1. Wendell Avery also played quite a bit that year too. Trestman transferred out after the 1977 season - I don't think he played much that year.

@MattJZimmer Yep - That's the consequence of having an easement on the plat. The good news is that a neighbor cannot block the addition or upgrade of new utilities and services by restricting access to the lot.
