So many accounts are now emerging on social media, stories of families, friends, neighbours, and known killed, assaulted, or having property destroyed under TMC rule, just for political inclination.

Scary how so much crime can be brushed off under the cloak of intellectualism. Development, jobs, and infrastructure can progress together, but none of it holds without basic law and order. The primary reason Bengalis brought the BJP to power is the demand for peace and security.

I just hope they appoint a strong CM and crack down on crime and radical networks. Dismantle the local ecosystems that protect offenders, illegal financing, land mafias, extortion rackets, and political patronage. Secure the borders properly, plug the entry points, and push infiltration back to Bangladesh.

Good recovery?
After forcing BMs to keep branches open late into the night under pressure?
After threats & fear calls?
After turning a banking institution into a coercion centre?
This is not appreciation, it’s celebration of exploitation.

This is not target culture anymore.

This is absolute abuse of power.
This is mental & professional torture.
This is how discipline is replaced by dictatorship.

Bankers are not:
Emergency responders for NPA whims
24×7 pressure slaves
Targets to hammer at 10pm and praise at 10:37pm

They are qualified professionals who deserve respect, not late night spreadsheets used as proof of forced compliance.

If recovery happens under threat at 10 PM then

- It’s not achievement, it’s evidence of a broken system.

Banking doesn’t need midnight threats.
It needs manpower, support, strategy, technology and respect.
