Another long standing downtown Denver business is leaving.

Sole St (located in the Denver Pavilions, now owned by the DDA) was losing an average of $20,000 worth of product annually to theft. Vagrants were also using drugs inside and outside of the store.

The owner of Sole St says the BID did little to help his business. They would prefer him contact them first before posting negative things about the BID and downtown on social media. lol

A little known Colorado Law was just quietly enacted by Jena Griswold and Jared Polis. And the control freak SOS couldn’t be happier.

Jena and Soros NGOs pushed through HB26-1113 that redefines “disaster” under Colorado law to include any natural or human-caused event that creates an imminent threat of inability to strictly comply with the election code. Once the governor issues that declaration, the Secretary of State receives authority to adopt emergency rules that can alter normal election procedures.

What defines an emergency? Anything Jared Polis deems; but worse it gives Jena full control to change any election rules, on the fly, with no oversight or accountability.
