@mackengrainne @ps5_ireland Just bare in mind, if you go for the digital version and he owns disc copies of games he will not be able to play them on PS5, for that you have to get the disc drive version of PS5.

Latest SW update released for PS5 overnight. Update notes are:

+ The PS4 version of the game was sometimes installed from the PS4 game disc even after upgrading the disc version of a PS4 game to the PS5 version.

+ Improves system performance

@StephenarchIRL I don't mind external drive, I have it set to store all PS4 games onto it, and it has to connect to rear usb socket so you don't see the cable. Plus, I have mine horizontally mounted under TV so because of PS5 shape hard drive sits below it with loads of ventilation.

@StephenarchIRL It's seriously quick bootup and downloads, combined with my 1GB broadband. Been transferring 4tb external drive over, downloading Cold War, Spiderman & Warzone. Struggle to game during day as working so getting her ready for tonight. Not as tall as I thought it'd be to be honest
