West Ham value Mateus Fernandes at double the £38m+£4m they paid to Southampton, as previously reported.

Manchester United and Arsenal both considering a move and hold a lower valuation. PSG also have the West Ham midfielder on their radar.

@PSGNJ1 @PSG_Boise With the talent in France, it makes you wonder if more investors with deep pockets will buy Ligue 1 clubs and try to challenge PSG. The barrier to entry is much lower than in the Premier League and not as strict as in the Bundesliga.
