@DuggalRadhika Serving consumers unmet needs? I had the worst experience with Supertravel. Im an avid traveller and this is the first time im experience such a bad customer service in this area. Feeling like a had been scammed. Travelling should be fun and not painful and stressful. 😩

I had to paid for my stay and Supertravel kept my money with no refund. That is called a scam! 😭

@henrythe9ths Supetravel is not reliable. A lot of people seemed that have been scammed (including me). Very bad customer service. They lie that they refunded me. I never got my money back. I travel a lot and never had such a bad experience :( Travelling should be fun, not a painful experience

@hussein_fazal My experience with Supertravel seems that is a scam, with very bad customer service and no solution. I travel a lot and its the first time Im having a terrible experience with a booking site. You should check there are a lot of people apparently scammed by your company :(
