Considering how much time we are able to spend in front of screens, I guess it is possible.
Tired of hearing about "goals" and "why's"? Consider this: A goal is a clever dopamine hack. Instead of stressing over all the details of the goal, simply enjoy how it makes any progress feel good. Then the goal will take care of itself by reinforcing the process.
One of the medically most risky things you can do is being a role model. Because sometimes, a thing you say directly manifests itself as new connections in someone else's brain. And you don't know when.
Acknowledge the emotions, but at the same time think rationally about the facts and actions.
Two non-parallell dimensions create more space than when e.g. your emotions and actions align.
@ppk I appreciate your article! Perhaps I'm just stating the obvious, but still, how about something like: Students subscribe for 1 $/month, professionals 5$ and optionally more. Exceptions for learners in poorer communities/circumstances and possibly region-based adjustments.

Not thinking that we should increase screen time! But that our current level of passive visual content consumption suggests that we crave mental stimuli more than most other things. A reason for optimism regarding the possibilities of reducing over-consumption of material?
