I worked on a state government project. The project was 2 years late, cost $35M more than planned and ended up having to be heavily patched for years after launch.

@JSmithSEA @GergelyOrosz To be fair there was an episode of Channel 9 when the released the pair-coding feature in Visual Studio and VSCode, the two hosts were both on Macs and they were using slack. (yes this was AFTER the release of Teams)
