@JesseKellyDC Start with improving mobility first. Mainly hip and lower back. But focus on mobility and stretching to improve your entire posterior chain, then start introducing squat variations back in. Goblet squats with lightweight may be best. Then graduate to light Bulgarian spilt squats

My daughter's class is going on a school trip to NYC. Are you going to continue to purchase Oreos, Pop-Tarts, Chipotle, Burger King, McDonald's, Starbucks, Just Salad, and Nestlé? Did you know that so many brands donate to LGBTQ+ organizations, such as GLAAD, The Trevor Project, Human Rights Campaign (HRC), and local centers for queer youth, that it would be nearly impossible to calculate how much you personally have contributed to them all?

Did you know that nearly all major streaming platforms have incorporated LGBTQ+ representation into children's programming, often through characters, relationships, or storylines that normalize queer identities? This includes animated series for young audiences with themes like same-s*x parents, coming-out narratives, or gender-nonconforming characters.

Did you know that you can’t shop at Walmart, Target, Kroger, Food Lion, or any dollar store without supporting “trans youth”?

Currently, the LGBTQ+ influence is ingrained and absorbed into every facet of our lives. It’s nearly inescapable. It’s like a cancer, and its main goal is to take your money, then use that money to target your children.

How do we break the cycle? Do we boycott everything? It’s saturated into society. And honestly, at this point, I don’t know how we fix this.

As a mother of four, I offer this advice: Common sense is free. Pay attention to what your children are watching. I won’t judge you if you still have subscriptions to these platforms. For the reasons people are canceling streaming services, you might as well toss your TV in the trash.

Your children do not have a right to privacy! Insert yourself into every area of their lives. Monitor what they’re watching and what they have access to. Be a parent, not a friend.
