उपराष्ट्रपति चुनाव हारने के बाद राहुल गांधी ने फिर से ‘वोट चोरी’ की स्क्रिप्ट पर काम करना शुरू कर दिया है। लेकिन इस बीच @khurpenchh की पड़ताल के बाद एक रिपोर्ट सामने आई है कि राहुल के “वोट चोरी” प्रेज़ेंटेशन का डिजिटल लिंक म्यांमार से जुड़ा है। अब इस विस्फोटक खुलासे के बाद कुछ बेहद गंभीर सवाल हमारे सामने खड़े हो गए हैं।
क्या यह सिर्फ़ विपक्ष का राजनीतिक स्टंट है या फिर भारत को अस्थिर करने का कोई विदेशी प्रोजेक्ट ?
क्या भारत के लोकतंत्र को बदनाम करने के लिए, भारत को अस्थिर करने के लिए बार बार विदेशी ताकतों की मदद से नई नई स्क्रिप्ट लिखी जा रही है ?
याद कीजिए सीएए आंदोलन के समय शरजील इमाम ने खुले मंच से पूर्वोत्तर को भारत से काटने की बात कही थी।
किसान आंदोलन में खालिस्तानी तत्वों ने घुसपैठ कर आंदोलन को अराजक बना दिया था।
ये दोनों घटनाएँ अकेली नहीं हैं, बल्कि ये एक बड़े पैटर्न का हिस्सा थीं। हर बार मक़सद एक ही था भारत में अस्थिरता पैदा करना और जनता के बीच अविश्वास फैलाना।
आज वही पैटर्न फिर से दोहराया जा रहा है। नया नैरेटिव और नई स्क्रिप्ट है “वोट चोरी”।
इस नई स्क्रिप्ट से चुनाव आयोग जैसी संवैधानिक संस्था, जिस पर भारत की लोकतान्त्रिक व्यवस्था की नींव टिकी है, उस पर अविश्वास पैदा करने का प्रयास हो रहा है।
महाराष्ट्र चुनाव के समय सीएसडीएस के संजय कुमार ने भ्रामक ट्वीट किया और बाद में सार्वजनिक रूप से माफ़ी माँगनी मांगी। यह दिखाता है कि किस तरह जानबूझकर अफवाहें फैलाई जाती हैं और फिर उन्हें राजनीतिक नैरेटिव का रूप दिया जाता है।
विडंबना देखिए कि जो लोग लगातार वोट चोरी का शोर मचा रहे हैं वही लोग एसआईआर जैसी प्रक्रिया का विरोध करते हैं जिसका उद्देश्य फर्जी वोटरों को हटाना और चुनाव को पारदर्शी बनाना है।
मतलब साफ है असली मुद्दा लोकतंत्र की रक्षा नहीं बल्कि चुनावी प्रक्रिया में भ्रम और अविश्वास फैलाना है।
@khurpenchh की इस शानदार रिपोर्ट के बाद हर भारतीय नागरिक को यह समझना चाहिए कि लोकतंत्र केवल चुनावी प्रक्रिया का नाम भर नहीं है बल्कि भारत की लोकतान्त्रिक व्यवस्था और देश की स्थिरता और भविष्य से जुड़ा विषय है।
