@AirbnbHelp I’m a UK host.
Guest booked over 30 days ago, checked in 5 July.
My £2,313.60 payout was “sending today” — now suddenly delayed to 16 July with no notice or request for documents.
Airbnb says it’s under “review” to prevent fraud — but I’ve already hosted 2 nights, and need this money to pay rent today.
Support tells me to “just wait.” I’ve done everything right.
Please escalate this now. Screenshots attached.

My guest booked over 30 days ago and checked in on 5 July. Airbnb policy clearly says payouts are released 24 hrs after check-in when bookings are made >30 days in advance.
My account is verified, payout method is PayPal, and this is my second booking. The payout was showing as “sending soon,” then suddenly changed to “Scheduled for 16 July” — with no reason given.
I’ve contacted support, called, and was just told to “wait 24 hours” for a team to respond — but I need these funds today to pay my landlord. This delay is causing real financial hardship.
I’m hosting in good faith while Airbnb holds my money without explanation.
Please escalate this to Trust & Safety or the Payouts team immediately. This is urgent.
@SuitsMeCard my recipient hasn’t received any money as of yet and two of my friends have sent me money but I haven’t got nothing. What’s going on is there a bug on the system. Even when I call the number it says user busy what’s going on ????
@Wise I’ve waited 20 days for the appeal and refund there’s no communication or update which is really questioning what are they doing with my money and why can’t I access my money. This is an awareness post to anyone wanting to bank with wise
@Wise hi there. It’s been about a month when my wise account got deactivated for no apparent reason. I handed in all the proof and documentation needed that they asked for and they deleted my account.
@RevolutApp hi my bank has been closed for 3 days I’ve contacted support they the same thing my account is under review it’s been too long. All my money is in my account and I need that money for me to survive in university. My rent is due if I don’t pay they’ll kick me out.
