Very proud of the work in @CircImaging by @jasleenminhas to show that quantifying the loss of small vessel volume in pulmonary embolism can help predict right ventricular dysfunction and mortality! https://t.co/YRUkvzFw22
On the way to give my first oral presentation @accpchest#CHEST2019. Excited, pumped up & anxious. @Eminem#loseyourself running on repeat in my mind. See you guys at "Assessment & Outcomes in Pulmonary Thromboembolism", Rm 386 tomorrow 2:30 pm @PVD_geometry. #medtwitter advice?
@wm_oldham@kurt_prins@ATS_PC@PVRI@3CPRCouncil@Viniciodjperez@docroham @JJRyanMD Yes. We don't use RHC as a routine monitoring tool- echo and ecercise testing tend to dominate until either something changes or we hit a wall where one wonders if the hemodynamics have fundamentally changed (ie wedge is now high) .
@ATS_PC@ATS_RSF@AnFrumpIU@ATS_Assemblies Honored to have our work discussed in Journal Club and in the company of such great topics! Look forward to the discussion.
