Anyway, I finally remembered to post about B. Pruijt's paper on #NGC5253 using the MUSE NFM data where I was able to contribute a bit.
We can spatially resolve the starburst galaxy to about 2 pc and [1/4]

We think that the massive young stars in the central clusters (up to 40 Wolf-Rayet stars seem to exist) have expelled so much nitrogen-rich material that just had enough time to cool to show up as enhancement in the optical line emission. [3/4]

🇪🇺As ESA’s Director General said back in November: Germany🇩🇪, Italy🇮🇹 and France🇫🇷 are all part of this adventure, and all of Europe stands with them.

‼️Extremely intense airglow lighting up the sky tonight over Las Campanas Observatory in the Atacama desert in Chile. We don’t have the luxury of observing auroras here like @Vincent_Ledvina does from Alaska, but sometimes our skies still fire up with spectacular colorful emissions (though at much lower intensity) ! 😃✨

Blue Moon over The Cruz del Cerro Renca in Santiago, Chile 🇨🇱 We planned, we tried, we failed :) This is one of the examples when you still need to go for a shot even if you are not completely sure. In this particular case there were some uncertainties about the precise location of the cross, but it turned out the cross itself was the challenge.
