Now ppl say ock/corner store but in 10/20 yrs another group may take over & we’ll use another term.

Corner stores many Ocks/arabs own and have taken over a lot of property. In 20yrs another group may take over & change it üp again.

Def a difference, Ocks stores bright, busy, & you usually get hot food. Bodegas rarely do lol
