WC 604 was cancelled and now we cannot book a new flight with anyone to make our resort reservation.

@FlySwoop @swagatachakrab6 This is a family vacation. We can't book with other airlines for the same price this late. All other flights are 3X the cost. What we to do? This would not happen with @AirCanada or @WestJet they would give us options!

@FlySwoop @swagatachakrab6 Its the no reply Swoop thats the issue. you cancelled our flight to punta cana and have not send me any information on how to rebook 3.5 hours later!
Why can't we rebook on another Swoop Flight right away? Why can't we book from Toronto to Punta Cana?
