Let us choose dialogue over conflict, issues over insults, and patriotism over personal interests. Our strength as a nation lies not in the absence of differences, but in our ability to manage them peacefully.

I am honoured to be invited as the Keynote Speaker at the University of Derby Law School Conference in the United Kingdom, coming on the heels of my recent participation as a panelist and keynote contributor at Harvard.

This is another opportunity to share perspectives on leadership, law, sustainability, institutional development, and the role of purposeful leadership in transforming societies.
