@premnsikka This happened in education where schools were expected to perform as exam factories to the detriment of student and staff welfare. This led to staff being bullied and forced out of the profession to be replaced by NQTs. Standards and discipline has seen suffered.

@iDrSunny It’s almost as if healthcare is no longer about healing the patient, but a factory to get the patient out the door with the least amount of time and deliberation. The deskilling of staff is adding to the conveyor belt feel of today’s healthcare. This puts patients at risk.
