I have a theory…
If I lead the team that does all the dirty work to keep you in power ,the intimidation, the cover-ups, even the killings, then you don’t sacrifice me when the heat rises. You protect me. Why? Because if you throw me under the bus, the rest of the team will never lift a finger for you again. They’ll know their loyalty means nothing.

So what do you do instead? You keep me far from the crime scene. You spin the narrative. You advise me to “step aside” not as punishment, but as strategy,while I still control the game from the shadows.

You throw a few coins at the grieving family. You send a statement laced in empathy but hollow in action. You promise reforms you have no intention of making. You bet on Kenyans to move on, and we usually do…..

Albert’s death wasn’t a mistake, It was a message,a warning, a consequence of asking too many questions in a land where truth costs lives.And the real puppeteers, They’ll keep dining in statehouses, They’ll quote scripture on Sunday and sign death warrants on Monday.

And together, we wait.
Wait for the outrage to fade.
Wait for Albert Ojwang’s name to disappear from the headlines, because that’s how the system works✌️
