5 years ago, I launched @pacejournal & our first guest @tinobest shared a quote, "fast bowling is an attitude".

Ever since that moment I've heard the quote being repeated by people all over the world!

When I started coaching, I didn’t appreciate how profound the quote was.⁣⁣

I’ve come to realise that no matter how good your technique is, no matter how extreme your athletic attributes are & no matter what genetics you have – if you don’t have the attitude to bowl fast – you won’t bowl fast.⁣⁣
