Europe ‘72 forever 🇬🇧

On 5/26/72, the Grateful Dead performed the final night of their Europe ‘72 tour at the intimate Lyceum Strand Theater to a crowd of over 2,000 devoted Heads in central London. Three out of four shows witnessed a never before seen opening performance of “Promised Land,” with “Cold Rain and Snow” stealing the opening spot on the 24th. The subsequent sets on each night were so hot that more than half of the ‘Europe '72’ album was recorded across this run alone.
