The thing is - when it's important, it's better (FOR EVERYONE) to have documentation.

Lesson 10: Trust is the Most Important Thing.

People will only choose to follow those whom they trust.

Nuance: A leader may be trusted for one thing, not all things, and garner fickle followers. The deeper the trust, the more committed the follower.

Your team will observe you interact with peers and your boss and experience you interacting with them.

They expect congruence.

If you are aggressive with your team and apathetic with your boss...your team will lose trust in you.
