@LeurysBurner@zacobson We have no idea if it matters or not, it’s just a stupid comment with a link to a uninformative source. Having said that 2 infections doesn’t move the needle for me based on common sense alone
@JortyNelson87@zacobson Brother it’s Trump derangement syndrome because he doesn’t know anything about the program the Trump admin allegedly cut. Not only that, he has no idea if said program would’ve stopped this occurrence. Use your brain
@HamptonPrezcott It’s a great deal for the bears. They save 1billion dollars on the stadium and 50-100 mil each year in property taxes, that’s more than enough to cover any loss on ticket sales etc. Also the nfl is driven by tv deals not in stadium rev
@FlowsAndolini Brother the stadium is nearly worthless after 40 years, very few teams use the same stadium they did 40 years ago and the ones that do have had to do 100s of millions if not billions to maintain and upgrade it
@jb_ballgame@tarter_derek@ShannonHar39832@BarstoolBigCat It’s good business by Indiana and bad business by Chicago / Illinois. There’s a break even point where giving concessions to the bears makes sense. Illinois didn’t even try lol
@jb_ballgame@tarter_derek@ShannonHar39832@BarstoolBigCat No they asked for the property tax break and a freeze, Chicago / Illinois refused to treat them any differently than any other business while Indiana rolled out the red carpet, it would’ve been a horrific business decision to stay in Illinois
@jb_ballgame@tarter_derek@ShannonHar39832@BarstoolBigCat All these stadiums would have much lower property taxes. Sofi 14mil, Chicagos would’ve been over 50mil lol. Plus Hammond is close enough to Chicago, Rams moving a state over wouldn’t keep them in La market
