I have been on the LIVE CHAT section with @virginmedia for over 3hrs today and still have received no help at all! 1 hr 45 mins waiting for a Retentions expert 🤣! After being transferred by an unhelpful rep at 10.50am. Literally disgusting service!! @Ofcom any advice?

@Bryers12 @ricozulkarnain9 Just to clarify we weren't the only camera crew. You just needed to request for a cameraman as we did. Also we have shared with you why we haven't shared your footage. We record for our own in house purposes and just share with the lads their highlights.

@RichieJones10 Richie, we put in a request to the FAW to bring cameras to record for FTSL. We were not recording for the event. USW also took cameras and recorded all their games. You have also been made aware why the footage isn't being shared so please be truthful.
