One quick rubbish sweep on the course after Sundays half marathon and we picked up over 75 gel wrappers.
If you can start the race carrying a full one, you can finish the race carrying an empty one.

@My_little_runs @Darren_Hendley Very frustrating. We have 4 water stations with large rubbish bins, marshals along the route and they are still discarded everywhere.
