Books should be in students' hands—not protest banners.
This is sad that our future teachers having qualified UGC CSIR NET JRF, GATE, PhD are thinking about selling TEA on the road side.
Sad but this is what it is.

One Nation. One UGC Regulation. One Exception — Odisha.
Across India, aided college teachers are recognized under UGC Regulations, 2018.
But in Odisha, SSB Lecturers continue to face disparities despite possessing the same qualifications and carrying the same academic responsibilities.
❓Same NET/Ph.D. qualifications
❓Same classrooms
❓Same students
❓Same workload
Then why different treatment?
The future of higher education cannot be built on inequality.

@amitkilhor you are right Sir. This has been happening in Odisha in the department of higher education, Govt of Odisha. For the last 2.5 years SSB lecturers case is pending in high court and the bureaucrats of DHE kept it on hold becoz they haven't followed UGC Guidelines 2018.
Congrats to the Higher Education Department, GoO for embarrassment in national media.
Odisha wants to know.
No knowledge of AI, or no budget for a subscription?
Odisha's higher education is in paralysis.

SSB aspirants in Odisha have been waiting for more than 2 years just to appear in an exam. While most states follow UGC Regulations 2018, Odisha remains the exception. We request honourable @CMO_Odisha to intervene into this matter and resume the recruitment process at earliest.
Higher Education Department guidelines clearly state that SSB lecturers are senior to Block Grant and unaided management lecturers. Despite repeated grievances, the department remains silent. Why does the government support backdoor employees?@CMO_Odisha@suryabanshibjp
It’s intentional,to demoralise SSBans, why govt recruit these people, one cadre based recruitment procedure is complete failure of govt,we r highly dissatisfied on BJP govt, all the govt employees got their salaries in time except us,we r not govt employees but hybrid one,
For the last 6 months, salaries are delayed in every month to more than 20000 Lecturers in Odisha by the @DHE_Odisha
Earlier: 3-month allotment → On time Salary ✅
Now: Monthly allotment → monthly delay ❌
We question WHY?
Why is this happening against lecturers in Odisha?
We had so much expectations from bjp govt-or double engine govt, but as in bjd govt bureaucrats destroyed the BJP,now history repeats, bureaucrats will do such work, agitation will be against govt&teachers never forget all these issues, because their livelihood is affected
As per Finance Dept. Letter No. 32686/F, 24.09.2019 of the Government of Odisha, salaries must be disbursed on the last working day of the month.
But, for the past 6 months, More than 20000 Lecturers in Odisha are facing continuous delays in salary due to delays in allotments.
2016 SSB lecturers have completed 8+ years of service, yet promotion to Senior Lecturer (Group-A) under the Odisha Non-Govt. Aided College Lecturers’ Placement Rules, 2014 is still pending. Over 1.5 years of delay is unacceptable and administrative negligence by @DHE_Odisha.
