@DHSCgovuk my husband Rob McDowell, Crowne Plaza Kings Cross informs you that he is packed, Covid-negative and ready to leave. But your letter says wait until 'lunchtime'. When refunds are made for quarantine stays, it will therefore not be fair to charge him for today.Thank you!

@SimonCalder Thank you for taking up this story. My husband has returned from South Africa, visiting his terminally ill mother. Only time he felt unsafe is in quarantine care - tests laid out on the floor, long crowded transfers etc. Now wait until 'lunchtime'. Will they be charged for today?

@easyJet I have bereavement #voucher which expires tomorrow. Not been possible to use (Covid19). Expires tomorrow 12th June. Has to be booked by 'phone but impossible to get thru to no on voucher 0330 365 5000 which goes DEAD after message. Can you help/extend pls?
