It's a fake department that will result in either nothing getting done — or a lot of people getting hurt. When billionaires like Musk talk about cutting government cuts, what it boils down to is gutting important programs and departments that help the American people.

That way, they have more money to shovel even more tax cuts to the super rich.

NEW: NBC News has now obtained the police report providing graphic details about the 2017 sexual assault accusation against Pete Hegseth.

According to the report, the woman told the police that she ended up in Hegseth's Monterey, CA hotel room after he spoke at the conference in October 2017.

The woman, referred to throughout the report as Jane Doe, said Hegseth took her phone, blocked his hotel room door when she tried to leave, and sexually assaulted her, ejaculating on her stomach.

She said that her memory was hazy, and that she had drunk far more alcohol than usual throughout the day.

BREAKING: A 24 page police report details a woman’s horrifying account of being drugged and raped by Pete Hegseth. (Currently, Hegseth is Trump’s pick for secretary of defense.)

In 2017, a woman said she was sexually assaulted by the Fox host at a Republican women’s conference in Monterey, California. She sought help at a hospital and reported that she had been raped.

The female accuser believes she was drugged while socializing on the final night of the conference. In an unknown, unfamiliar hotel room, an intoxicated Hegseth “took her phone and blocked the door with his body when she tried to leave. She told police she said ‘no’ repeatedly. She said she was next on a bed or a couch and Hegseth was on top of her, with his dog tags hovering over her face. Hegseth, she said, ejaculated on her stomach. She said he then threw her a towel and asked if she was okay. She said she did not remember how she got back to her room that night.”

ABC News exclusively reports that the woman involved in the Justice Department investigation into sex trafficking allegations against Rep. Matt Gaetz sat for multiple days of testimony in front of the House Ethics Committee and testified that Gaetz had sex with her when she was a minor in high school at age 17.

The House Ethics Committee also subpoenaed Gaetz's former girlfriend for testimony and obtained a sworn written statement where she lists Gaetz as one of the attendees at a party in July 2017, where dugs were present and which was attended by the woman who Gaetz allegedly had sex with when she was a minor. Gaetz was already an elected member of Congress at the time.

The House ethics Committee also obtained written testimony from another woman who said that she was at a party in July of 2017 in Florida that Gaetz attended, which was also attended by the woman who was a minor at the time and where drugs, including cocaine, were present.

Another woman told the committee that she was paid by Gaetz for sex. Gaetz has long denied all of the allegations, but the committee subpoenaed the company Venmo and obtained records of some payments made by Gaetz.
