🏛️ Governance

- As part of the request for a more formal transparency report, the first DAO Operational Profit and Loss report (covering January 2026) will be released next week.

🤝 Community

- Node sales: A formal announcement of node sales will be made when all the Founding Tranche funds have been received.
- Multi-chain expansion: No decision has been made yet. This will be discussed in the Community Town Hall in the second week of March.
- Transparency: The council is still waiting on the advice from several third-parties on how to proceed. An update will be given as soon as possible.
- Governance voting: The request to allow community members a way to post governance proposals and give adequate time for comments, is being discussed.

- Unstaking complete: The forced unstaking process is finished, and all documentation is updated.
- Polkadot SDK update: Version 1.18 upgrade and testing are actively progressing in the dev environment.
- Evolution features: Development is moving fast on Virtual Nodes, Appchain fees, and the light node POC.
- Explorer V2: Block Explorer stability is improved, with the new V2 pushed to the dev environment.
- Infrastructure: Core backend infrastructure is stabilized, successfully reducing AWS expenses.
