@centralbank_in I am facing an issue with my card for the same I spoke to customer care and they told to contact Home Branch i.e.Malegaon (Nashik)continuously I'm calling the number which is on goggle, no one is responding and no staff is also there to attend and solve our issues

@InSkybags I have also received a call from service center and they called me in office hours ,put the call on hold for more than 10mins mentioning they will revert back speaking to higher authority,till now no call and update from your side.

@InSkybags They told me they will do the replacement then while reaching their they don't have same bag and asking me to choice different bag plus telling to pay excess amount.According to me they haven't even properly calculated the amount for bag.I want same bag for replacement

@InSkybags I have given my bag which was in warranty period and the bag given at the service twist electronics .Your service center doesn't provide proper service no updates they give me for the bag , I was calling and taking update for the bag and they told me to replace my bag.

@RailMinIndia @swachhbharat @narendramodi @narendramodi_in Why the facilities are not proper in trains ?No proper cleaning no water availability .This happens in almost all trains, currently traveling in Train no. 06501 washrooms are also not cleaned. Urgently check into it.
