My arrival at @SciencePo Paris last Friday.
It was a wonderful event, despite the painful content of my presentation.
Two considerations:
1) The young generation is AMAZING. Wherever I go, I meet inquisitive, competent, articulate, eloquent young people who are ready to take over from us and build a better world. I feel privileged to be so often invited and listened to by so many of them.
2) No matter how inclusive and compassionate my presentation could be, the day after social media were inundated by accusations against me as an "antisemite" by people who were clearly not there. My deep fear, among others, is that by continuously and falsely attacking people like me, the haters will continue to banalize antisemitism, which unfortunately is still a grave threat against so many.
