Thank you so much to @OhioStateSB for hosting such an awesome camp this past Wednesday! It was an honor to have the opportunity to work with the coaches and some of their current players! I learned so much, had a great time, and I’m so thankful for the experience!
Thank you @WalshUSoftball, @kwoolf42, and Coach Cozy for an awesome camp today! I learned a lot and had so much fun. Thank you Coach Connell for helping me stay loose on my rise ball. I also really liked the dynamic warmup because we did stretches I never would’ve thought of, but they helped a lot. I learned to trust myself more and not be afraid when the ball hops at me. Great day getting better! 🥎
@CoachDailyNCSA
This weekend at the Midwest College Select Showcase we showed up Sunday to win it all and with that we got the results that we were looking for. On Sunday I hit 2 Homeruns along with a batting AVG of 0.423 and an OBP of 0.440.
Stepping outside the box and competing in a new arena.
Recorded 11’0” in the long jump today — continuing to build explosiveness and athleticism that translates on the field.
Always developing. 🥎 #StudentAthlete#Softball#WorkInProgress#Columbiana#TrackAndField
Finally got back out on the field yesterday! 🙌
Worked on both hitting and fielding, really focusing on the fundamentals.
For hitting, my main focus was hip drive 🔥
For fielding, I focused on staying down and low to the ball.
Just getting better every day 💪🥎
I had such a great time tonight at the @sam_landry21 x @MontanaFouts pitching clinic in Cleveland, Ohio! It was so cool getting to learn from pitchers at that level and hear their advice about mechanics, mindset, and how to compete with confidence. I learned a lot and had so much fun. Thank you so much to stud 2030 @SydneySchorejs for catching me again!
Now it's a super early 5:00 AM wake-up call for practice in Erie tomorrow! I'll definitely be tired, but it's all part of the grind. Just trying to get better every single day.
I had a great lesson with my pitching coach, Amy Kyler. Today we really focused on improving my rise-ball spin and making sure I keep my body square and strong through the entire pitch. After that, we worked on developing my changeup and making sure I'm keeping the same arm speed to help it stay deceptive. Thank you to 2030 stud catcher, @SydneySchorejs for catching me today!
