राज्य में विद्यार्थियों के हितों को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देते हुए कोचिंग संचालन को लेकर शिक्षा विभाग को निम्न महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिये गये हैं।

• सभी कोचिंग संस्थानों को अपने यहां अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थियों का विवरण संबंधित जिला प्रशासन को उपलब्ध कराना अनिवार्य होगा।

• स्कूलों एवं कॉलेजों के लिये निर्धारित शिक्षण समय के दौरान कोई भी कोचिंग संस्थान संचालित नहीं किया जाना चाहिये। यह व्यवस्था उन विद्यार्थियों पर लागू नहीं होगी जिन्होंने अपनी नियमित स्कूली/महाविद्यालयी शिक्षा पूरी कर ली है। शिक्षा विभाग को इस संबंध में नियमावली तैयार करने हेतु निदेशित किया गया है।

• शिक्षा व्यवस्था में अनुशासन, पारदर्शिता और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षण सुनिश्चित करना हमारी प्रतिबद्धता है।

जल जीवन मिशन 2.0 के अंतर्गत पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग, जल शक्ति मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार और बिहार राज्य के बीच आज माननीय केन्द्रीय जल शक्ति मंत्री श्री @CRPaatil जी एवं बिहार सरकार के माननीय पीएचईडी मंत्री श्री संजय कुमार सिंह जी की उपस्थिति में MoU पर हस्ताक्षर किया गया।

बिहार ने लगभग 96% ग्रामीण परिवारों तक नल से जल कनेक्शन प्रदान कर उल्लेखनीय प्रगति हासिल की है। अब राज्य का फोकस "हर घर जल" पेयजल योजना को सुदृढ़ बनाए रखने एवं इसके दीर्घकालिक स्थिरता, संचालन एवं अनुरक्षण (O&M) व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने पर केंद्रित होनी चाहिए।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi जी के ‘सबका साथ, सबका विकास, सबका विश्वास, सबका प्रयास’ के मंत्र के अनुरूप यह पहल बिहार के प्रत्येक ग्रामीण परिवार तक सुरक्षित एवं सतत पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने तथा प्राप्त उपलब्धियों को बनाए रखने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित होगा।
