@AlaskaAir You knew the guests were coming because it was your plane that was 3 hours late getting them there! You could have held the flight for 5 minutes, you have done it before. Instead you spat in our faces by shutting the door right as we got there. I am disappointed. Do better.

Hey @AlaskaAir, your customer service has really gone downhill. I remember a decade ago you held a flight for me because my connection was delayed. But today you slammed the door in my face when your connection was late even though the flight didn't leave for another 20min.

@AlaskaAir Your agent saw a group of people running to the gate, clearly trying to catch the flight, then slammed the door in our face long before the plane took off. I vouched for you to others saying you had held flights for just me, surely you would do it for a big group. Never again.
