@LalimesMartian Thats how its supposed to work, but in most cases the best paid players in the league are the ones getting NMC's so they get paid the maximum they can and get the nmc.
@linuslundstrom Helt klart, men du glömmer nämna att bäckis kropp är helt slut. Det såg man redan sista året i Washington, han var nämnvärt långsammare än vad han varit.
@LukeCerpinTaxt I would guess he tries to win with Färjestad for 1 or 2 seasons and then heads to Switzerland like many former nhlers and just lives the best hockeylife
@LukeCerpinTaxt Thats why im more open to trade up to a top 5 pick. I dont want them selling the farm for a guy like Kyrou etc. Feel like the trademarket is expensive and free agency is just bad. If they can somehow get a guy like stenberg that would help the team for a long time im pleased.
@AllenCaps1995 They will, the only reason he didnt play was TVR and he is not coming back is my guess. And tvr getting the icetime was not based on his play but rather his leadership, experience and just being beloved in the lockerroom
@TheCupitals And because tie goes to the veteran, and because of his leadership and how well liked he is in the lockerroom. There is no doubt in my mind Liljegren is the better player of the two, tvr's skating is hurting his play so much he is a liability.
@sammisilber I dont think they should extend either of TVR or Big Mac. I know they are beloved in the lockerroom but i feel like their skating hurts the team.
@dicnowder tbf they are still paying cassidy his full salary. They cant fire him because of his contract. Same as a player cant be fired or have his contract terminated willy nilly.
@LukeCerpinTaxt So many saying he isnt a creator type of player, neither are Robertson or Kyrou i would say. Ive still seen Brady make some insane passes.
@LukeCerpinTaxt Its one thing if they offersheet a player in the 3-8 mill range its another giving up 4 1st rounders. To me there are less than a handful of players worth 4 1sts. If there isnt anything available i think they should continue to try to build from within.
