@UberUKI_Support She has done this several times. You are still refusing her a refund. This needs to be escalated.

Disgusting behaviour from
@UberUKI_Support @ubereats_uk
sending out an order with half the items missing and stone cold, refusing a refund and blocking customer #shameful #scammers

[Pamela Cox @PamCox]

@UberUKI_Support So my daughter rang the phone number she was given and spoke to a robot who told her repeatedly that it's not Uber Eats policy to give refunds, meaning that you've stolen her money. What happens now? @ubereats_uk @UberUKI_Support

[Pamela Cox @PamCox]

@UberUKI_Support My daughter, who placed and paid for the order has already contacted you via twitter and the app. You have replied that she can't have a refund, giving no reasons

[Pamela Cox @PamCox]

@UberUKI_Support She will contact you tomorrow provided she hasn't been blocked

I didn't go to work because a cat fell on my head and then a dog with shoes tried to do me justice.
