Had a celebration dinner at the Lady Helen restaurant in Mount Juliet. And boy, what a treat. Chef @jonhkelly1981 cooking is comfortably at 1 Michelin star level. And when I think of 2-star restaurants I’ve been to, he is, for me, cooking at that level. @MichelinGuideUK 1/
