@CLTAirport Riding a bike to the airport could be so much better. Easy to get there but hard to get to the terminal. CLT should be the premier destination for all cyclists.

@AmericanAir LAYAFQ - this occurred Thurs night around 8:30 pm at PDX. When I checked in the week prior in CLT there was no problem. PDX gate agents need to know policies and times of oversize bag locations.

@AmericanAir gate agents need to know hours of oversize baggage locations. The one by Alaska closes at 8 pm. The one by United stays open later. Bad customer service.

@AmericanAir I called to verify today and the person had no idea. The video shows a bicycle but the policy has not been updated. This is what it still states: " Bicycle

Cost $150 fee applies from 51 lbs / 23 kgs to 70 lbs / 32 kgs."
