I arrived KUL today and haggled by staff manning taxi booths. Noisy and chaotic. Travellers today book rental cars on app. We want to know where to get what we have planned and booked directly and ASAP. Signboards please!

After intense travelling across SIN, NRT, SMF, SAN, SEA, YVR and KUL, I must say our #klia has ONE IMPORTANT CHANGE that can immediately better serve any new visitor to KUL. Have PROMINENT SIGNBOARDs all the way from Immigration for: 1. E-hailing; 2. Food Garden KLIA; 3.Rentalcar

Food Garden KLIA is a gem with delicious choices of Malaysian food, long hours, reasonable price. But same fate, it is also not visible, tucked at barely known corner.

Current E-hailing location is so isolated and hard to find, two levels down from the arrival hall. The only signboard of E-hailing is on the level of the E-hailing waiting floor. How smart lol.
