@AliHabbabeh As someone who worked as a recruiter, I agree about agencies. Majority of them suck.
But if you're planning to build a bigger company, I'd argue it's better to have someone inhouse who handles recruiting & HR things, but also ops and all the other bits here and there.

LUNA was starting, airdrops were coming, builders were flooding in, and the ecosystem was expanding.

Today: builders left, tokenomics suck, new leadership made promises but delivered 0.
The reasons to be bullish in 2020 are mostly gone now.
