Exceptions can be considered for civilized nationalities/minorities like Persians/Iranians, Turks, Azeris, Armenians, Alawites, Zoroastrians, Yazidis who can apply for longer-term visas (3 months with possible extension) or limited residency in HK for an ultra selective cohort
