@PjonkGoose Having a "smooth brain" as her brain is incomplete and the folds on her brain are smooth. She does have intellectual disabilities but she isn't stupid. As a mom and some in the disabled community, hearing that term just gets to me. That's just my information and 2 cents

@Remember_Sarah When my daughter was younger older women would come up to talk to her and give me a dirty look when she didn't say "hi" to them I grew up in stranger danger and always thought it was weird plus my daughter is disabled and nonverbal These things stopped once we got her wheelchair

@KaraCorvus I do think kids with ADHD should have accommodations made in the classroom to help them learn. It's not about coddling and telling them they don't have to do it but putting some things in place to help them succeed, like having a small fidget or something in class.

@ChefShwasty @OregonGovBrown Colorado has 720 and 7 deaths. Our governor ordered businesses to reduce workforce by 50% but has yet to issue a stay home order. Denver's mayor issued one starting tomorrow at 5pm but it's only city-wide. I don't know how much more it'll take for our governor to take real action
