@nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc There is no doubt that removal of indexation benefit will hurt the real estate market. If real estate slows down, it will impact more than 100 industries. We also pay very heavy stamp duty and registration fees on real estate which in mumbai is 6%.

@amfiindia Why CKYC is not updated by KRA? Passport, Driving License and Voter Id are OVds, but KYC with these address proofs are not getting validated.

@iRadhikaGupta only Aadhar based KYC are geting validated. Even KYC with other OVDs (Passort, Driving License and Voter ID) are not getting validated. CKYC is not getting updated at KRA level.

The GDP is likely to further slow down after withdrawal of 2000 notes declared by RBI yesterday. Achieving 6% GDP growth for FY 24 looks diffciult. It will impact real estate sector very badly. More than 100 industries will suffer if real estate sector slows down.

@quantmutual I have regd. STP transaction on 17.03.2023 from April'2023. The STP transaction is seen in SOA but not procsessed till date. It's really shocking that I have not received any answer from your side till date after repeated calls and mails.
