@AxisBank has frozen my debit transactions due to THEIR internal error of multiple accounts opened in 2020—now inoperative.

Despite a fully KYC-compliant active account, transactions were blocked without any intimation. It’s been 90+ days, multiple branch visits, and still unresolved.

If not fixed immediately, I will have to escalate to the @BankingOmbudsman and Consumer Forum. Unacceptable service.

Stranded at Hyderabad Airport for 12+ hours with zero updates from @IndiGo6E. Passengers are exhausted, confused, and left without any clarity. This is absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

Requesting @DGCAIndia to urgently look into this pathetic handling and ensure accountability. No traveller should have to go through this ordeal. ✈️❗Shri @RamMNK garu, requesting your ministry to intervene and understand practices of Indigo airlines, which is known for exploiting customers at every opportunity.
