My Airtel Fiber Connection is down since 17.July.2023 and I am not getting any response neither from the Technical team nor Call Centre. Ticket no 10211613928 raised on 17.July.2023 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence I have been bearing this for the last 4 DAYS. Someone from the Call Centre called claiming that THIS WOULD BE DEFINITELY RECTIFIED TODAY ITSELF AND THE TECHNICIAN WOULD CALL. No update since then and problem still not solved
